Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of spraviva.com, operated by SpraViva Institute of Languages, Vilnius, Lithuania. Our registered company details will be added here upon completion of registration. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Our services

SpraViva provides language education in Lithuanian, German and Spanish, along with guidance on study and vocational pathways in Europe. Course details, formats and prices shown on this website are for information and may change. A place on a course is confirmed only after you contact us and we agree the details together.

3. Enrollment and payment

Enrollment is arranged directly with us (for example, via WhatsApp). Specific course terms, schedules, fees and payment arrangements are agreed at the time of enrollment and are not concluded through this website. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Consumer right of withdrawal

If you enroll as a consumer at a distance (for example via WhatsApp or email), you have the right under EU and Lithuanian consumer law to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason, by informing us in writing (email or WhatsApp message is sufficient). If you ask us to begin classes during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for the services already provided. The right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent. If you are a consumer resident outside the EU, the consumer-protection law of your own country may give you similar or additional rights, which these terms do not affect.

5. Free practice tools

The free practice tools (flashcards, quizzes, Word of the Day) are provided “as is” for personal learning. Vocabulary, translations and pronunciation guides are offered in good faith for study purposes and may contain simplifications.

6. Pathways, Ausbildung and certifications

Information about study pathways, the German Ausbildung and certifications (such as Goethe and telc) is provided for general guidance. Requirements, fees and processes are set by third parties — universities, employers, examination bodies and authorities — and can change. We prepare students linguistically and, where stated, assist with placement through partner channels. We do not guarantee admission, employment, visa or residency outcomes.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, logo and mascot of this website are owned by SpraViva Institute of Languages and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

8. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party services (for example WhatsApp, Google, Instagram and Facebook). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Limitation of liability

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the website's content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory provisions of EU, Lithuanian, or your own country's law.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you are unhappy with our services, please contact us first at spravivainstitute@gmail.com — we will examine your complaint free of charge and reply in writing within 14 days. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve the dispute, you may apply for out-of-court dispute resolution to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba), Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius, Lithuania, vvtat.lrv.lt, or bring a claim before the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you use our services as a consumer resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
