The Lithuanian language rule for customer-facing staff
Since 1 January 2026, foreigners who serve customers directly in Lithuania are expected to communicate in Lithuanian. If your team includes couriers, drivers, retail, reception, hospitality, beauty or healthcare roles, this likely applies to them. We help your people learn practical Lithuanian and prepare for the state language exam. We teach and prepare. We do not issue the certificate itself, the exam is run by the official body.
