Train, Earn & Build a Career in Germany
Ausbildung is Germany's paid vocational-training pathway — learn a profession on the job, earn a monthly stipend, and graduate with a recognised qualification and a route to residency. The one requirement we make simple: the German language.

What is Ausbildung?
Germany's “dual” vocational training
Ausbildung combines paid, hands-on training inside a real German company with structured classes at a vocational school (Berufsschule). Over roughly two to three-and-a-half years, you learn a profession by actually doing it — and get paid while you do. It is the backbone of Germany's skilled workforce, and it is increasingly open to international students who can work in German.
Figures are typical ranges and vary by field, region, and year of training.
Why Ausbildung
A career, not just a course
Earn while you learn
You're paid a monthly stipend (≈ €900–€1,300) throughout your training, rising each year — and the training itself is tuition-free.
A real qualification
You finish with a state-recognised German vocational qualification that's respected across Germany and the wider EU.
Strong job security
Germany faces a skilled-worker shortage. Demand is high, and a majority of trainees receive a job offer before they even finish.
Pathway to residency
A completed Ausbildung and a German job is one of the clearest routes toward long-term residency and settling in Germany.
Hands-on from day one
The dual system means most of your week is spent working in a real company, not just in a classroom — you graduate job-ready.
No tuition debt
Unlike a degree abroad, you aren't paying university fees — you're earning while you build a career.

The one real requirement
German is the key that unlocks Ausbildung
Almost every Ausbildung asks for B1–B2 German — because your training, your classes, and your workplace are all in German. It is the single biggest thing standing between most international students and a place.
That is exactly what we do. SpraViva takes you from complete beginner (A1) to the level Ausbildung requires, with Goethe-aligned preparation and native teachers — so when you apply, the language box is already ticked.
Is it for you?
